How do my staff members access Easyteam using the mobile app?
Accessing Schedules Using the Mobile App
Staff members can easily access Easyteam on their mobile devices using a dedicated shortcut app on their homescreen. Follow this guide to find out how. 📱
For iOS 🍏
➡️ Open Easyteam with your Safari browser: [https://www.easyteam.io/](https://www.easyteam.io/)
➡️ Login with your email and password. Make sure you were [invited to Easyteam](/en/article/how-do-i-add-new-staff-members-47kw5u/ to choose your password)
➡️ Click on the Share icon.
➡️ Click on the Add to Home Screen button.
➡️ Click on the Add button.
Find the app shortcut on your home screen. You can now use your username and password to log in.
For Android 🤖
➡️ Open Easyteam with your browser: [https://www.easyteam.io/](https://www.easyteam.io/)
If you see a popup guiding you to install the app, do so by clicking 'Install'
➡️ To manually install, click the menu icon, represented by 3 dots on most devices.
➡️ Click on either the Install app or Add to home screen buttons.
➡️ Click on Install or Add button that appears.
The app should now appear on your home screen.
Now open the app, log in using your username and password, and access Easyteam timesheets and schedules! 🎉
