How do my staff members access schedules using the mobile app?
Accessing schedules using the mobile app
Each staff member receives an invitation to sign up in their email when you add them to the app. Once they sign up, they gain access to both the web version at easyteam.io and mobile versions of the app📱
In case the staff member can't find his invitation using email, just text us in the live chat box inside the app and we'll immediately send you new invitations for all your unregistered staff 📩
Here's a quick tutorial on how to add our app to their phones:
For IOS 🍏
➡️ Copy this link and paste it into the search bar of your Safari browser: https://www.easyteam.io/mobile-install-app
➡️ Click on the Share icon.

➡️ Click on the Add to Home Screen button.

➡️ Click on the Add button.


For Android 🤖
➡️ Follow this link in your Chrome browser: https://www.easyteam.io/mobile-install-app
➡️ Click the Install EasyTeam button.

➡️ Click on the Install button.

➡️ Click on the Add button.


Now open the app and go to the schedules page! 🎉
