How to copy schedules?

Copying schedules

Creating an employee schedule from scratch every week can be a time-consuming challenge for retail managers. However, with EasyTeam schedules, the ability to effortlessly copy shifts from previous weeks or months makes this task significantly more manageable and less burdensome.

➡️ Go to the Schedule screen.

➡️ Choose the relevant locations using the filter on the top-left, or choose 'All Locations' to copy schedules across all locations.

➡️ Use the date picker to select the week you want to copy.

➡️ Click on the Copy shifts button and select the relevant staff members.

➡️ Select the weeks you'd like to copy the schedule to.

You can copy shifts to dates that already have scheduled shifts, and the new shifts will appear alongside the existing shifts.

➡️ Click Copy.

The shifts should now be displayed in the new dates you selected. You can now make any edits you need to the newly created shifts. Read more about How to create a schedule?.
