Select which tiles you'd like to add to your POS (Clock-In/out, View/Edit Schedules, Store Checklists):

Learn how to edit timesheets

When it comes to editing timesheets, there are two main scenarios:

You might want to add a new shift to one of the staff members (in case they forgot to clock-in, for example).
You might want to modify one of the registered shifts.

Adding a new shift

Adding a new shift is easy. Head to the **Timesheets **page, and click on the **View **button next to the staff member for whom you wish to add a shift.
Click on the Add Shift button, and add the shift's details. When you're done, click Save.

Modifying an existing shift

Head to the **Timesheets **page, and click on the **View **button next to the staff member you'd like to modify one of the shifts.
Click on the** Edit Shift** icon next to the shift you'd like to edit. Once you're done, click Save.

How to assign PIN codes to my staff?

If your company has set up a time clock, schedules, or checklists inside one of your Shopify POS locations, you will need to assign PIN codes to your staff members.

1. Go you the Staff page inside EasyTeam

After adding your staff members, click on Show / Edit Details next to the staff member you'd like to set up a PIN code for.

2. Assign the PIN code for the staff member

On the right, you'll notice a POS PIN title. The PIN code should be a unique four-digit code across the entire brand.

| To save your team from having to remember two separate PIN codes, use the same code as the Shopify POS.

Hit Save, and you're done!

This is how you can easily attribute a sale to a staff member, so EasyTeam can include as part of the staff member's sales performance and commission calculations.

After each sale, click on the tile **Attribute sale to staff **:

Select the staff they want to attribute the sale to.

How to create a commission plan?

In this article, you’ll learn how to create a commission plan based on your in-store sales, for each one of your locations. The number of plans you create is up to you based on your brand’s needs, and you can change them at any time.

Setting up a new commission plan

On the Sales & Commissions page, click on the Commission Plans button, on the top-right corner.

Then, click on the blue + icon on the left side:

Name your plan

|| The name should be easy to remember, so you can distinguish between the different plans later on (e.g. Summer commissions for junior staff).

Now, it's time to select the calculation method you prefer:

Fixed Commission plan

The Fixed method allows to calculate a lump sum from each sale or as a set percentage of each sale. it's a straightforward structure, and your store team will know exactly how they are getting paid with each sale.

Once selected, the products table will appear. Here you'll be able to apply different commission rates to different products.
