Exporting reports is a crucial aspect of tracking and managing your sales and commission data. This guide will walk you through the process of exporting general reports, reports for specific staff members, and reports for specific locations 📍

A general report provides an overview of your sales and commissions within a specified date range. Here's how to export a general report:

➡️ Go to the Sales and Commissions page.

➡️ On the top left, select the date range you want to get the report for.

➡️ Click on the Export button.

The export button is available on every screen in Sales and Commissions

Exporting a report for a specific staff member

If you need to generate a report that shows the exact sales and commissions attributed to a staff member, follow these steps:

➡️ Go to the Sales and Commissions page.

➡️ Select the relevant staff member, then select a commission plan from the list

A staff member can have multiple commission plans at the same time. Export a report for every commission plan for full details.

➡️ On the top left, select the date range you want to get the report for.

Columns:

The Sales count and Sales amount columns show the gross amount of relevant sales.

The Commissionable sales column shows the net price, minus any discounts and deductions, as defined in your commission plan. The actual commission is calculated using this value. Read more at How do I create a new commission plan?.

The Goals and Commission columns show the progress towards goals in a tiered commission plan and the calculated, eligible dollar amount for this sale.

➡️ Click on the Export button.

Exporting a report of a specific location

To generate a report specifically for a particular location or multiple locations, follow these steps:

➡️ Go to the Sales and Commissions page.

➡️ Click on the Location selection button in the upper left corner of the page.

➡️ Check the boxes next to the locations you want to get the report for.

➡️ Click on the Export button.
