How do I create a new commission plan?
In this article, you’ll learn how to create a commission plan based on your in-store sales, for each one of your locations. The number of plans you create is up to you based on your brand’s needs, and you can change them at any time 📈
Creating a Fixed commission plan
The Fixed method allows to calculate a lump sum from each sale or as a set percentage of each sale. it's a straightforward structure, and your store team will know exactly how they are getting paid with each sale.
➡️ Go to the Sales and Commissions page.
➡️ Click on the Commission Plans button.

➡️ Сlick on the blue + icon next to the Fixed Commission on the left side.

➡️ Name your plan and click on the Next button.

➡️ Apply which products will be counted as part of the commission plan.
Your products’ categories appear on the left side. When you select a category, its entire product line is added to the commission plan, on the right side of the table. You can also add specific products instead of the entire category.

Quick Tip: To apply the same percentage/fee to all products at once, click on the three dots in the upper right corner > Apply to all products. You can also apply the same percentage/fee to an entire category by clicking on the arrows icon.


➡️ Apply commission rates to the added products.
A percentage will calculate the commission based on a set percentage from the product’s price.
A Fixed Sum will calculate a flat commission each time the product is sold, based on the employee’s currency. For example, if the employee’s currency is set to $, writing “5” will calculate a $5 commission for every sale of this product. This way you can calculate different commissions based on different locations under the same plan.

➡️ Click Create and you're ready to go.

Creating Steps commission plan
The Steps method allows to apply different commissions based on the sales performance of your staff members.
➡️ Go to the Sales and Commissions page.
➡️ Click on the Commission Plans button.

➡️ Сlick on the blue + icon next to the "Steps Commission" on the left side.

➡️ Name your plan and click on the Next button.

➡️ Set sales goals and commission rates.
➡️ Click on the Next button.

Important: The "Steps" are based on your store's currency. If your location is selling using $, the 0-1000 step that you see in the image as an example, applies to $0-$1000 as the total sales value.
➡️ Apply which products will be counted as part of the commission plan.
➡️ Click Create and you're ready to go.
