How do I assign staff to commission plans?

Assigning commission plans



Assigning commission plans to your staff members is a key step in ensuring they are compensated accurately for their sales and performance. This guide will walk you through the process of choosing what commission plans are enabled for your staff members:


Make sure you have a commission plan set up. A commission plan defines what products and sales contribute to employee commissions and the commission amount of each sale.
Staff members can be assigned to more than one commission plan.

Method 1: Assign a specific staff member to a commission plan



➡️ Go to the Staff page.

➡️ Click on the staff member you'd like to assign a commission plan to.



➡️ Select the commission plan from the drop-down list.



➡️ Click on the Save button.


Method 2: Assign multiple staff members to a commission plan



You can add or remove multiple to a specific commission plan directly from the Commission Plan Details window.

➡️ Go to the Commissions screen and click on the Commission Plans button.



➡️ Click a commission plan to see its details.



➡️ Add or remove staff members to the list of staff members using the panel on the right side.



➡️ Click Save.

Your staff members should now earn commissions for eligible sales. To verify everything's working correctly see
