How to assign PIN codes to my staff?
Assigning POS PIN-codes to Staff Members
To allow your staff to clock in and out from the Shopify POS, you'll need to assign them PIN codes. 🔐
➡️ Open EasyTeam in your Shopify Admin and go to the Staff page.
➡️ Click on the staff member you'd like to set up a PIN-code for.
Staff members that still don't have a PIN-code set up will be marked with a yellow 'Missing PIN' status box.
You can filter for staff members with missing PINs using the tabs on the top of the table.
➡️ Assign a 4 to 6 digit PIN-code to the staff member.
➡️ Hit Save, and you're done!
The staff member should now be displayed as 'Active' in the staff list.
Open your POS device and use the new PIN code to access EasyTeam's Time Clock POS tile.
