How to assign a staff members to specific locations?

Assigning Staff Members to Locations



When working with stores that have multiple locations, you'll need to assign staff members to specific locations. The location assignment affects the data to which staff have access and enables the scheduling of staff at specific locations, along with the ability to filter schedules accordingly.


To assign locations to your staff, follow these steps:


➡️ Go to the Staff page.

➡️ Click on the staff member you wish to assign a location to.



➡️ Select the correct locations from the drop-down list.



➡️ Click on the Save button.

The assigned locations will now appear next to the staff member's name:


This staff member will have access to information about their assigned locations, provided they have the necessary permissions. For more details on managing permissions, refer to the Managing Permissions section.
