How to Set Up Easyteam on Mobile

You can access Easyteam on any smartphone by installing the app directly to your home screen. Once installed, you’ll be able to clock in/out, view your schedule, manage time-off requests, and receive real-time notifications. 📱



  • Install the Easyteam App


➡️ On your mobile device, open Safari on iPhone/iOS or Chrome on Android, then go to https://www.easyteam.io/download/


➡️ Follow the steps below to add the Easyteam app to your Home Screen.



On iPhone / iOS🍏


  • Tap the three dots (•••) in the bottom-right corner of Safari.



  • Tap Share.



  • Tap More → Add to Home Screen.



  • Tap Add to confirm.




On Android 🤖


  • Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome.



  • Select Install app or Add to Home Screen.



  • Tap Install or Add to confirm.




➡️ Go to your home screen and find the Easyteam app. Tap to open it.



Continue with the next steps in the guide inside your Easyteam app.




  • Login or Join Your Workplace


Once the app is on your home screen:


➡️ Open the app and chooseJoin your workplaceif this is your first time using Easyteam.


Complete the registration and login process inside the mobile app


➡️ Enter your email address to receive aone-time code



➡️ Enter the code, thencreate a passwordto finish your registration.


Already registered? Just tapLoginand enter your email and password, or chooseForgot Passwordto reset your password.


Need help? Make sure your manager has invited you. If you still have trouble, reach out to our support team and include your store name and the email address you use with Easyteam.



  • Using the Easyteam App

Once logged in, you can manage everything from one place:



✅ Clock In and Out– Start and end your shift with a single tap.


✅ View Your Schedule– Go to theSchedulingscreen to see upcoming shifts.


✅ Availability– If your admin allows it in Settings, you can add availability or unavailability from the mobile schedule (not from the Shopify POS. Learn more: )Define working hours and availability for your team.


✅ Manage Time Off– Request time off and track approval status.


✅ Enable Notifications– Turn on alerts so you never miss an update.


✅ Push Notifications– Enable push alerts in theSettingsNotificationsscreen.


✅ SMS Notifications– Add your phone number to get SMS alerts. Admin activation required.
