How to reset my password?

Resetting the password



Staff members who are not part of the actual Shopify store staff are required to log in using an email and password, as they do not have access to the Shopify Admin.

Resetting the password in EasyTeam is straightforward. Follow these steps:


➡️ Go to the EasyTeam login page

➡️ Click on Forgot Password?



➡️ Enter the Email Address associated with your account.



➡️ Check Your email inbox for an email from EasyTeam.

In some cases, the email may end up in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to look there as well.
Please allow at least 5 minutes for the email to arrive.


➡️ Open the password reset email and click on the Reset Password button.



➡️ Choose a New Password and type it again in the Confirm new password field.



➡️ Complete the process by clicking the Reset your password.

You can now go back to the login page and login with the updated password.
