How does it work?
Getting started with EasyTeam Payroll is straightforward. Our onboarding process takes just an hour and guides you through setting up your payroll system step by step.

You'll complete initial setup screens with your business details, pay schedules, and tax information, then invite your team to enter their information.

Easyteam Payroll Pricing
Our pricing is simple, with no hidden fees or complicated tiers.
Easyteam Payroll is available as an add-on feature for all subscription plans.
Our pricing consists of two components:
✅ Base fee: $45 per month
✅ Per-active-worker fee: $6 per month
You can run unlimited payrolls each month at no extra cost.
💡 What counts as an active worker?
For example, if you have 5 workers but only 3 are paid in a given month, your total cost will be $63: $45 base fee + (3 × $6).
Year-End Tax Forms
We handle preparation and distribution of all required year-end tax forms: W-2, 1099 forms, W-3 etc. A one-time annual fee of $3 per worker applies for physical mailing to workers and government agencies. This applies to all employees and contractors.
Operational fees and safeguards
These cover bank pass-throughs, expedited timelines, and post-processing work.
These only apply in uncommon situations. They cover cases that fall outside normal payroll processing, like urgent requests or banking adjustments and most businesses won’t ever see them.
- Failed bank payment: $50 per failed or rejected ACH attempt. This can occur due to insufficient funds or incorrect banking details. Please ensure funding and account info are correct before processing payroll.
- Expedited payroll processing: $9 per worker for next-business-day direct deposit. Use when you need to run payroll on an extremely shortened timeline. [2-4 day processing at no additional cost]
- Void or correction after submission: $40 per affected worker. Correction of employer errors: Typically handled by a CPA, but we can process it upon request.
- Amended payroll tax form: $500 per form. Courtesy preparation and filing when prior filings need amendment due to employer errors.
- Direct deposit reversal: $75 per worker. Employer-initiated reversals attempt to reclaim funds after payroll has processed and increase financial risk. Use only when absolutely necessary.
