How does it work?

You'll be able to run your first payroll with us within 1-2 weeks.
You'll complete initial setup screens with your business details, pay schedules, and tax information, then invite your team to enter their information.
If switching from another provider, we'll help migrate your historical payroll data.

Easyteam Payroll Pricing
Our pricing is simple, with no hidden fees or complicated tiers.
Easyteam Payroll is available as an add-on feature for all subscription plans.
Our pricing consists of two components:
✅ Base fee: $45 per month
✅ Per-active-worker fee: $6 per month
You can run unlimited payrolls each month at no extra cost.
💡 You only pay for employees who receive a payment that month.
For example, if you have 5 employees but only 3 are paid in a given month, your total cost will be $63: $45 base fee + $18 for the 3 active workers.
⚠️ Important:
A $25 external fee will apply if a payroll run is attempted with insufficient funds in your bank account. To avoid this, always ensure your account has enough balance before processing payroll.
Year-End Tax Forms
We handle preparation and distribution of all required year-end tax forms: W-2, 1099 forms, W-3 etc. A one-time annual fee of $3 per worker applies for physical mailing to workers and government agencies.
