How to create shifts in the Schedules screen?
Adding a Shift
Creating schedules and sharing them with your team is a great way to optimize business operations. EasyTeam allows you to quickly create, share, print, and view your schedules directly in Shopify POS in a few simple steps.
➡️ Go to the Schedules screen.
The default view of employee schedules shows a single week, with each column representing a day of the week, and each row representing one employee.
➡️ You can switch between the weekly view and the monthly view using the drop-down on the top-right side of the screen.
➡️ Use the date picker to choose a week.
➡️ Move your cursor to the correct date column.
➡️ When hovering over an empty location in the weekly view, a '+' button will appear. Click the button to add a shift for this employee on this date.
When using the Monthly View, simply click on an empty space in the day where you want to create a shift.

➡️ Set the Start time, End time, and location of the shift.
Dates and times will match your location's time zone settings.
➡️ Optionally, select a color for the shift from the dropdown selection box.
➡️ Click on the Save button.
The new shift will appear on the correct date, inside the staff member's row. 📅
If you are managing multiple locations, we recommend using the location picker on the top-left to filter all information by location and streamline schedule creation.
