How do my staff members access Easyteam using the mobile app?
You can access Easyteam on any smartphone by installing the app directly to your home screen. Once installed, you’ll be able to clock in/out, view your schedule, manage time-off requests, and receive real-time notifications. 📱
1. Install the Easyteam App
➡️ On your mobile device, go to Easyteam App Download using Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android.
➡️ Follow the instructions on the page to download the app and continue the login process inside the app.
On iPhone / iOS
- Tap the Share icon at the bottom of Safari.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add to confirm.
On Android 🤖
- Tap the menu 'three dots' icon in the top right.
- Choose Install app or Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Install or Add to confirm.
➡️ Go to your home screen and find the Easyteam app. Tap to open it.
2. Login or Join Your Workplace
Once the app is on your home screen:
➡️ Open the app and choose Join your workplace if this is your first time using Easyteam.
➡️ Enter your email address to receive a one-time code
➡️ Enter the code, then create a password to finish your registration.
Already registered? Just tap Login and enter your email and password, or choose Forgot Password to reset your password.
3. Using the Easyteam App
Once logged in, you can manage everything from one place:
✅ Clock In and Out – Start and end your shift with a single tap.
✅ View Your Schedule – Go to the Scheduling screen to see upcoming shifts.
✅ Manage Time Off – Request time off and track approval status.
✅ Enable Notifications – Turn on alerts so you never miss an update.
✅ Push Notifications – Enable push alerts in the Settings > Notifications screen.
✅ SMS Notifications – Add your phone number to get SMS alerts. Admin activation required.
