Basic Onboarding
The initial setup takes 1-2 hours to complete. This may take longer if you need to gather tax information or consult with your CPA.
Bank Account Verification
Two possible paths:
Instant verification for accounts at supported banks
Manual verification through small test deposits (1-2 business days)
Data Migration
Transferring your payroll history typically takes 5-10 business days.
If you haven't processed any payroll this year, you can skip the migration step entirely!

Team Setup
Team members need about 10 minutes to: Enter personal details, provide tax information and connect their bank accounts.
Team members can go through this process on their mobile device in a secure way.
First Payroll Run
Once setup is complete:
Processing payroll takes just minutes
Initial ACH deposits take 4 business days
Can be reduced to 2 business days for established accounts
You can choose to pay by paper check, which is effective immediately.
Plan for approximately two weeks from start to finish before your first payroll run. In some cases, we may need additional documentation or verification steps.
