Print and share schedules
You can print your employee schedule or save it as a PDF so you can post it in your store or share it with your team. Both weekly and monthly views are supported.
If you want to notify your team digitally instead of printing, publishing the schedule sends automatic notifications to staff by email or push notification. For more information, refer to Create and manage employee schedules.

Troubleshoot printing
The schedule doesn't fit on one page
Try selecting a larger paper size in the print dialog, for example A3 or Tabloid. You can also use the location or position filters to reduce the number of rows on the page before printing.
Staff members are missing from the printed schedule
Check the following:
- The correct location is selected in the location filter.
- The position filter is not hiding certain staff members.
- The date picker is set to the correct week or month.
Data is missing in the printed version of the calendar
For privacy reasons, personal information such as staff pay rates or store sales goals is never included on the printed or PDF version of the schedule. Only names, positions, and shift details are displayed.
The printed schedule is blank
Make sure there are shifts on the dates you are viewing. If all shifts are still in draft mode, they still appear in the print view for admins and managers.
