How to Enable SMS/Push Notifications on Your Mobile Device
If you're using Easyteam on your phone, you can receive real-time notifications through SMS and push alerts—directly to your lock screen. This guide walks you through how to install the mobile app and activate your notifications in just a few steps.
Push notifications are supported on both iOS and Android once you install the Easyteam mobile shortcut.
1. Install the Easyteam App on Your Phone
You can use Easyteam on any mobile device through our standalone app. The app works just like a native app on your home screen and supports real-time push notifications.
➡️ Open Safari and go to: Easyteam App Download
➡️ Follow the instructions on page to download the app and continue the login process inside the app.
➡️ On Android: Tap the Share icon at the bottom of Safari.
➡️ Tap Add to Home Screen
➡️ You’ll now see the Easyteam app icon on your home screen—tap to open and follow the login process.
➡️ Log in using your email and a one-time code sent to your email address. Make sure you’re invited to Easyteam by your manager. For help with the process, reach out to our support and provide your store's name and your email.

2. Enable Push Notifications
➡️ Once you're inside the app, go to the Settings page and navigate to Notifications Settings.
➡️ Look for the Enable Push Notifications banner at the top.
➡️ Tap Enable, and allow notifications when prompted by your phone.
➡️ From the notification categories on the page, turn the relevant ones on.
Once enabled, you'll be able to receive real-time alerts and reminders. You can always unsubscribe from notifications you opted-in to
