Self Management

Our free plan is perfect for testing and for solo businesses, offering full app functionality for a single user.


Starter

Manage up to 4 users with a flat price of $15 US per month. Includes a 14-day free trial.


Pro

Our most popular plan at $30 per month includes 8 user seats, with additional seats available at $3 each per month. Includes a 14-day free trial.


Enterprise

For businesses with advanced needs and larger teams, our Enterprise plan offers custom solutions, custom features, dedicated onboarding and migration, and premium support. Contact our sales team to discuss pricing tailored to your specific requirements.


Billing Information

➡️ Confirm your subscription on the Shopify billing screen.


➡️ Your free trial begins immediately.

Shopify may display a notice about the maximum monthly charge being $320, you can safely ignore this warning. This maximum charge is relevant for shops with over 100 employees, in which case a support agent will contact you after installation.


Important: Easyteam recalculates the amount of users on the 1st of each month and switches between the plans seamlessly.


Managing Your Subscription


Viewing Your Charges


➡️ Go to Shopify Admin > Settings.


➡️ Select Apps and sales channels.


➡️ Click EasyTeam.


➡️ View Billing and usage charges.

Reducing Seat Count


  • Removing an employee stops their seat charge from the next billing cycle
  • Deleting an employee permanently removes their historical data
  • Uninstalling EasyTeam stops all future charges and removes all data


💡 Remember to back up any important data before removing employees or uninstalling the app.
