# How to assign PIN codes to my staff?

### ${color}[#696969](Assigning POS PIN-codes to Staff Members)

###### ${color}[#696969](To allow your staff to clock in and out from the Shopify POS, you'll need to assign them PIN codes.) 🔐

➡️ ${color}[#696969](Open EasyTeam in your Shopify Admin and go to the **Staff** page.)

➡️ ${color}[#696969](Click on the staff member you'd like to set up a PIN-code for.)

${color}[#696969](Staff members that still don't have a PIN-code set up will be marked with a yellow **'Missing PIN'** status box.)
${color}[#696969](You can filter for staff members with missing PINs using the tabs on the top of the table.)

➡️ ${color}[#696969](Assign a 4 to 6 digit **PIN-code** to the staff member.)
