How do my staff access their schedules?
Accessing schedules at Shopify POS
Embrace the power of schedules! They are your roadmap to success, providing structure and purpose to your day 🗓️
Access schedules directly from Shopify POS? What could be better? Here are a few steps to quickly add the Schedules tile directly to your POS home screen:
➡️ On the Home page of the Shopify POS, click on Add tile > App > Staff Management - EasyTeam
➡️ Click on the Add button next to the View/Edit Schedules option.
➡️ Click on the Save button.
After that, your new tile will appear on your dashboard, giving you and your team easy access to their schedules right from Shopify POS ✨📅🛍️
If you can't see the Add tile option on your POS, ask the store's admin to provide you with the POS Customization permission on the Shopify Admin or ask any admin at your store to log in with their pin code and add tiles for you.
Accessing schedules on the web
Each staff member receives an invitation to sign up in their email when you add them to the app. Once they sign up, they gain access to both the web https://www.easyteam.io/ and mobile versions of the app📱
Have you already created an account? Then here are a few steps to get to your schedules:
➡️ Go to the EasyTeam login page https://www.easyteam.io/
➡️ Enter your login credentials.
➡️ Go to the Schedules page.
Here you go. Don't forget to bookmark the login page for quick access to the app 🌐🗓️
Accessing schedules using the mobile app
Each staff member receives an invitation to sign up in their email when you add them to the app. Once they sign up, they gain access to both the web version at https://www.easyteam.io/ and mobile versions of the app📱
In case an employee can't find the invitation in their email just text us via the live chat box and we will immediately send you new invitations for all your unregistered staff📩

➡️ Copy this link and paste it into the search bar of your Safari browser: https://www.easyteam.io/mobile-install-app
➡️ Click on the Share icon.
➡️ Click on the Add to Home Screen button.
➡️ Click on the Add button.
For Android 🤖
➡️ Follow this link in your Chrome browser: https://www.easyteam.io/mobile-install-app
➡️ Click the Install EasyTeam button.
➡️ Click on the Install button.
➡️ Click on the Add button.
Schedules are now available on the mobile app! 🎉
