Assigning PIN-codes to staff members
If your company has set up a time clock, schedules, or checklists inside one of your Shopify POS locations, you will need to assign PIN codes to your staff members 🔐
➡️ Go to the Staff page.
➡️ Click Show/Edit Details next to the staff member you'd like to set up a PIN code for.

➡️ On the right, assign the PIN code to the staff member.
The PIN code should be a unique four-digit code across the entire brand.

➡️ Hit Save & Сlose , and you're done!

Assigning departments and positions

➡️ Go to the Staff page.

If you want to add a new position or department, simply type it in the line and press Enter.
➡️ Click on the Save & Close button.

Adding a payment type
➡️ Go to the Staff page.
➡️ Click Show/Edit Details next to the staff member you'd like to add a payment type for.

➡️ Select the payment type: Hourly Wage/Salary
➡️ Enter the Amount of the hourly wage or salary.
➡️ Select a Currency from the drop-down list.

➡️ Click on the Save & Close button.
